- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conducting denial-of-service attacks
3.3 Network Abuse
- Excessive use of system resources that impacts other users
- Automated scraping or data harvesting
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
3.4 Content Violations
- Uploading or storing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Defamatory, libelous, or false information
- Adult content or sexually explicit material
- Content promoting violence or illegal activities
3.5 Commercial Misuse
- Using the service for purposes other than property management
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
- Using the platform to compete directly with Hostwise
- Reverse engineering or attempting to copy our software
4. Data and Privacy Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data you store in our system.

You must comply with applicable privacy laws when storing personal information, including:

4.3 Tenant and Third-Party Data
If you store information about tenants or third parties, you must:
- Have legal authority to collect and store such information

5. Resource Usage Guidelines
5.1 Fair Use
You should use system resources reasonably and avoid activities that may impact service performance for other users.
5.2 Storage Limits
While we don't impose strict storage limits, excessive use may be subject to additional charges or restrictions.
5.3 API Usage
If available, API usage should be reasonable and not exceed documented rate limits.

7.3 No Refunds
Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds of any prepaid fees.

- Demonstrating compliance with this AUP
